While in Edinburgh, one of our friends took us to visit Gosford House. It's home of the Earl of Wemyss and was built by Robert Adam in 1790 but changed over the years. It was a gorgeous day and the grounds are beautiful with a lake, mausoleum and other follies. The house isn't open to the public. I also managed to visit the Dale Chihuly exhibition at Kew Gardens. It was difficult to take good photos because we went to the evening show. You can see most of the pieces on the website.
