Snack time after sightseeing!

This newsletter is all about our Japan trip that we took from 2nd October to 18th.  We flew from Los Angeles to Tokyo and then utilized the Japan Rail Pass to travel all around the country on bullet trains.

I've given each city its own page but also done a couple of pages of just food and transport. See the Japan page for all the links.

Next trip is a mini-cruise from Long Beach to Ensenada in Mexico. The other port is Catalina Island which is just off the coast of Long Beach - not very far!  It's on the Carnival cruise line so it will be interesting to see if it's better than it's reputation of cheap booze cruises.
