Our Annual Book Club Christmas Dinner

A Happy New Year to everyone!

We drove south for better weather - 300 miles to Santa Barbara and then on to Palm Springs. We managed to avoid the rain until the end of our return journey. Santa Barbara was very nice - we had a lovely hotel near the beach and fitted in a couple of cycling trips along the coast. In Palm Springs we visited the Joshua Tree National Park for a day and rode the Aerial Tram up 10,000ft to have lunch.
