Tartan Car (or as the artist called it 'Plaid')

October is going to be a busy month. We have two sets of visitors arriving; Claire, Jackie's daughter and Morag and Karin, friends from London.  We'll be showing them the sights and hoping that we have Indian summer weather!  The rain doesn't officially come until November, but it's already turning chillier at night.

We will both be coming back to the UK on 14th November for 3 weeks or so. Hoping we will manage to see everyone.  We'll be in touch when we know which part of the country we will be visiting.  Renewing our visas at the US Embassy is top priority so looks likely that London will be the first week, Edinburgh for the second and then back to London for the last section.

Meanwhile ... I hope now that you're reading this at my new web address of www.stepfordwife.us .  No banner ads and annoying pop-ups.  I'm doing a short 10 week course with the OU on web design so will be putting some of it into practice soon. 

We took some nice photos of art cars when they came on their annual visit. The tartan car owner had driven from New Jersey on the East Coast.
